RafterSuite tour
The tour needs JavaScript. Here is what it covers:
- Design a building in 3D Start a new building and see it right away. Drag to turn it. Scroll to zoom in.
- Add doors and windows, then check the steel The tabs on the left hold the choices: dimensions, colors, lean-tos, openings and more.
- The price range follows your design As you change the building, the Kit Price Estimate in the top bar changes with it. Your customer sees one range, never the line items.
- Share a design with one click Send a link by WhatsApp, email or Facebook, or save a picture. Anyone with the link can open the building and change their own copy.
- A customer asks for a quote When a customer is happy with the design, they tap Get a Quote and fill in a short form. It reaches you as an estimate.
- Print a clean quote Open the estimate, check it, and tap Print quote. It prints on your letterhead with a picture of the building.
- See the foundation plan In the designer, open the Foundation tab and tap Show foundation plan. You get the slab or piers, the baseplates and every dimension.
- Load the truck from a checklist The loadout list shows every physical piece for the job. Check items off as they are loaded. Everyone sees the same list, on any device.
- Start from a template Save the buildings you sell most as templates. Customers and your team pick one and change what they need.
- Give each person the right access Add your people in Team. An Owner has everything. Admins run the office. Sales reps see only what they need.
- Update your prices from a spreadsheet When material prices change, download the price sheet, type the new prices and upload it. RafterSuite does the rest.
- Get answers without leaving the page Tap Help to open the manual beside your building. Tap Ask to type a question and get an answer, with links to the manual pages it used.
